TMS320F28335 ADC-bug: Simultaneous Sampling Latency symptoms also seen in continous mode

Hi Champs,
Customer wants to use TMS320F28355 ADC to sample ADC A0+B0 simultaneously. Due to ADC: Simultaneous Sampling Latency erratum; the first sample in a sequence is invalid if the sampling windows smaller than 160ns.

Is this behaviour also seen in continuous mode? e.g. after cycling through a sequence once is the first sample-set invalid?
