Hello,

While I was debugging our code last weekend, I ran into some issues with the flash. I was adjusting the flash memory map in the linker file and mistakenly entered a wrong size. This caused the debugger to hang up and lock me out of the flash. Is there any way to recover from this? I’ve tried the UniFlash utility without any success.

Hi,

Was this issue on M3 side or C28x? One of the reason this could happen is CSM password got programmed at password locations. You could try looking at the value of these password via CCS memory watch window incase password are not locked. If you see all zero then it means pswdlock is also programmed. In that case if you could try fining the value programmed at password location then use that to unlock the security and then you should be able to erase the flash to recover the device.
