F28M35 - Cannot communicate with the SineFIR FFT DEMO using Control's Experimenter kit

Hello EveryBody,

                               I am new to working with the Control's Experimenter kit. I have tried to run the SIne FIR FFT Demo. I followed all the steps as are indicated on the F28M35xSine FIR FFT demo Quick Start guide but I am not able to get data on the GUI.

I can flash both cores with JTAG programmer. When the program starts running, looking with a terminal program appears a Message Ethernet with Uip, but It never appears a message with the IP obtained with the DHCP.

I have also tried compiling with a static IP using a point to point cable to the client computer configured as it is mentioned in the guide. I have tried many configurations as I could but it doesn´t work. What could be wrong? I don´t know what else to do.
