Hi all,

I have eZDSP 28335 development board with socket one and my processor was damaged so I am looking to buy a new processor to change it with the damage one but I can’t find any vendor for this processor and all says that is no longer product or not in available in stock. So, please if anyone can help to find a vendor for this processor.

The processor number is: F28335PGFA

Hi,

I checked a lot but I only found this web site for 4 Stare Company, they said it is availed and I sent a request to them but they didn’t reply to me yet. So you can try with them and let me know please.

I wanted to post a caution. We have seen some cases of deviced purchased through non TI channels that have been already used. In a number of cases the password in the device has been set and there is no way to unlock it in this case.

I quite understand the frustration - we are feeling it too and doing everything possible to get devices into distributors hands.

Thanks for the caution Lori. Unfortunately this already happened to me when I purchased from Asia. About 1/3 of the processors were locked.

4 star told me the parts were new and warranty them for 30 days so I'll be sure to quickly get some running to ensure they are good stock.

Someone from TI can post a link where we can buy a chip? I wan to buy a few of this chips. I also have a ezDSP28335.
