TMS320F2837xD Hardware Built In Self Test (HWBIST)

The TRM (SPRUHM8E.pdf) mentions the HWBIST as a source of interrupt when the test completes but I can find no hint for how to initiate the test in either the TRM or the data sheet for our part. Nor can I find any discussion of it here.

Where should I be looking for this information?

Hi Hank,

I believe we require some sort of NDA or some agreement to help customers enable HWBIST. I am asking someone else to comment.
