Hello

I am using Solar HV DC AC board v.2.2

I have issue of board , when I connected all four IGBT drivers, same side (Q1,Q2 please check the image) mosfet will fired up and large current flow through mosfet and they get burned. so What is do is i use two diagonal mosfets (Q1,Q3) and drive the board.

Now I want to check gate signals but without HV DC bus connected I can't check gate signals. Now I need to simulate the board at low DC level, so that I can experiment it easily.

My Question : I want to change K parameters , of DC bus voltage, inductor current and AC voltage. so that system will see DC bus as high voltage when I connect low voltage.

I looked at the firmware files, but I could not find the K parameters . But in technical document they have mentioned such a parameters.( Page 6. 2.1.3 )

Anyone please tell me how to change those parameters and cheat the firmware ?

Athula,

1. I would recommend you look at the new TI design for some understanding on the code which is in C, the code of this design is similar is some ways

2. We follow an incremental build level approach that enables you to incrementally debug the system i.e. open loop, closed loop current and closed loop current with the grid.

3. From your question it is not clear at which incremental build level in the software are you testing ?? Because you should be able to test the hardware in open loop at low voltage without any problems,
