One of my ctm encountered a strange problem when they debug the 28377D control card，
（The project path they used is "C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\F2837xD\v200\F2837xD_examples_Cpu1\usb_dev_bulk ".）, connect the mini USB interface with the computer . They found that some of their computers (Win7 64 bit system) could not recognize the device after the project run. The picture as follows
Does someone have encountered similar problems?
A strange thing is that the computers could not recognize the device are new computers(Win7 64 bit system,support usb3.0).For the same project,why some old computers can installed and recognized the usb, some newcomputer could not?
The driver path they used as follows: C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\F2837xD\v200\F2837xD_common\windows_drivers
But when they use the V190 version of the example, the driver could be able to installed ,the computer recognized the usb.
Is there a bug in our V200 program?
