regarding comparision of old and new delfino control card.

i have an application specific PCB for delfino control card TMS320F28377D . Now this control card is no longer available, so i am trying to use new version delfino control card TMS320F28379D on the same PCB. I want to know whether this new version is compatible for my PCB with respect to pin mapping .

Is there any major change or not.

    You can find some of these details within controlSUITE.

    The schematic within the '379D controlCARD directory contains some revision history which may be helpful.  You can also compare the two schematics.

    The HSEC pinout did not change.  And in general, functionality did not change.  Some performance upgrades were made.

    I would recommend looking at the switches that choose which ADC voltage reference is used (see circuitry around U1-C.V1).  The default choice for R1.1A is to use a 3.3V reference.  For R1.3, it is a 3.0V reference.  (note that there are options in each cCARD to use either 3.0V or 3.3V)
