Hello,

I'm planning to update F28035 using SCI bootloader via RS485 half duplex communication.

Does SCI bootloader on F28035 support half duplex communication between PC and F28035?

RS485 circuit consists of SCI-A ports and transceiver ISO3088 on my board and is shown below image.

But I think F28035 can't control RS485_EN signal during downloading from PC.

I want to know is SCI boot possible via RS485?

With respect to your GPIO question:
During boot of the F28035, several GPIO are set to be Hi-Z and get pulled to logic-high via internal pull-up circuitry, by default. Please see the following:

Depending on the exact GPIOs used, I think the scheme shown in the schematics may be feasible.
