Hi,

Try to communication between TMS320F2812 demo board and CAN alayser tool via CAN bus. Now TMS320F2812 can send data to CAN analyser via CAN bus, but TMS320F2812 can't read data from CAN analyser via CAN bus.

SW, just a little modified demo SW as attached file.

I don't know if TMS320F2812 ID filter function block Rx function? If yes, how to realize it?

I think this line is the problem:

ECanaMboxes.MBOX16.MSGID.all = 0xFFFFFFF;

You only wrote 28 bits, not 32. For an extended ID, the IDE bit in the MSGID register needs to be set and all 29 ID bits need to match (unless you're using acceptance masks). This should work:

ECanaMboxes.MBOX16.MSGID.all = 0x9FFFFFFF;

I modify SW using "ECanaMboxes.MBOX16.MSGID.all = 0x9FFFFFFF;" , it still can't receive data, hold at "while( ECanaRegs.CANRMP.bit.RMP16 == 0 ) ;"

BTW, how to use "acceptance masks", I want to try it?

yes, you are right. The wrong is because I don't use correct MID. Have fixed, thanks! a lot

I'm glad to hear your problem is fixed. To use the acceptance masks, first set the AME bit in the MSGID. Then write to the LAM register for the mailbox. Any bit you want to ignore should be set to 1.
