Thank you so much for your reply keyur and Gautham. I had gone through both document and link i think i need time to learn and understand that short forms and formulas. Before that i just wanted to know that whether it can provide 80Mhz pwm frequency any idea?

The last post (by Brett Larimore) in the thread shared by Guatam summarizes the limitations nicely:

-Can the software support the frequency?
-Can the GPIOs electrically handle the switching speed?

I think the answer to both of these is, unfortunately, no.

The ePWM module needs at least a TBPRD of 2 in order to generate a square wave, and the maximum ePWM clock = SYSCLK = 150MHz for this device, so you can't get 2 counts in 80MHz (you could maybe do 75MHz).

For the GPIO switching speed, this is specified in the datasheet in "Table 5-12. General-Purpose Output Switching Characteristics" as 25MHz Max.
