Dears,
TRM spruhm8f table 25-7 list of commonly-supported SDRAM devices, and the biggest size is 512M bit (*16bit, 4bank). meanwhile, EMIF1 supports max data width is 32 bits;
My question is: is it possible to use 2 512M bits(*16bit, 4bank) SDRAM for a 2*512M bits size? one SDRAM device use lower-16bit data pin and the other use higher-16bit data pin.
if yes, is there a ref schematic? thanks a lot!
