What are the benefits and usages of the mapping interrupt vector table?

Hi Ras,

User need to map the interrupt vector table with the address where they have their interrupt handler code. Without this mapping, their interrupt handler will not be called when interrupt occurs.

As I mentioned earlier, you need to re-map it to have our own interrupt handlers because default one is mapped to ROM which user can not update.
