Sir,

is there any way that i can specifically write variables in M0 and M1 Saram section only .

Yes, define a section in your linker command file. You can go to processors.wiki.ti.com/.../C2000_Archived_Workshops and pick say the F28069 multi-day workshop for information on how to update the linker command file.
