My kit was burned dowm ,the Customer service said i must first contact TI via E2E forum at

You simply need to replace the part by ordering the same online. Also, check for other affected components. TI as a company doesn't provide any After-sales service for any of their kits.

The supplier said like this:For all defective development tools:
The customer must first contact TI via E2E forum at
http://e2e.ti.com/ to verify the failure. If the TI tech determines the part could be
defective, please have the customer return the kit to Mouser and send the
customer a replacement.Be sure to forward us the email thread or link to
the E2E forum thread showing the customer spoke to a TI tech and confirmed
part may be defective.

Started_ on the right hand side of the page.

Yes

The MCU is TI’s C2000 Piccolo™ TMS320F28035 microcontroller.The kit is Solar Micro Inverter Development Board

I set the input voltage(PV+,PV-) 30V,and down load the program.Then my power supply voltage became about 2.2V and can not ajust.Smell the paste flavor The element 3CZECC4G3 burned down

What build level were you on when this happened?

Did you connect both the power supplies to the board? one for the isolated flyback side and other for the inverter side?

Based on the description above you did not follow the instructions where it is clearly listed not to connect any input voltage before you load code into the controller.

hence I would suggest you make arrangements to repair the board yourself as it was not operated per the user guide.

However i will be interested to know what exactly you did wrong to ensure you don;t face the same issue after the repair.

I follow the instruction to connect all the power supplies in the kit.I hope you can help me to test the kit if there are ather elements damaged which i do not know,and fix it.thank you very much
