TMS320F28069: C2000 Flash data corrupted

Hi,

We have an issue in F28069 mass production.
F28069 devices are installed on the PCB after preprogrammed using C2000-GANG or XDS200.
7 out of 150 devices, the flash somehow seems to be corrupted.

All the devices are properly checked(Erase/Program/Verify) during the programming process
but the application won't run after installing it on the PCB.
When checked the memory of the bad devices the data between 0x003D8000 to 0x003DBFF7 is deleted.
It works properly when the device is re-programmed.

We would like to know what could be the possibilty of C2000's flash getting corrupted.
Will this could be an error in the Programmers(GANG or XDS) even though the Verify is OK.
What should be checked in this kind of flash corruption issue.
