TMS320F28035: SPI bus pullup resistors

Are pullup resistors required or recommended on a multi-drop 4-wire SPI bus?

If so, what should their values be?  Based upon the datasheet, recommended pullup resistor currents are 150 microamps.  At 3.3V, this translates to 22K ohms.
