TMS320F28375S: Confirm the Sample window duration

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the device specification of "Sample window duration".
According to the datasheet, the minimum Sample window duration time is defined as "75ns" or "1ADCCLK".
Can customer use the less time than 75ns like 20ns(50MHz/4div)?

Hi Kaka,

This isn't an "or"; both requirements must be met. In addition a 75ns S+H window can only be used with a low impedance driver (roughly 50ohms or less). With a higher impedance ADC driver, a higher S+H duration must be configured to allow adequate input settling.
