Hi,

I would like to know if there is some information about the jitter of the SYSCLK, XClockout and the ePWM Modules and available.

I use the ePWM Module to generate a 2MHz PWM Signal (puslwidth is 25ns) for an external ADC. I am a bit concerned about the jitter quality since I can't find any specs.

    Hi Hanno,

    The jitter on SYSCLK, XCLKOUT, and ePWMs will largely come from jitter on the F28377S's clock source.

    Are you using one of the internal oscillator to clock the device? Or are you using an external crystal/oscillator?

    Note that the precision of the internal oscillator is provided in the datasheet.
