Are you running the TI Resource Explorer with admin privileges?

Yes, it is with admin privileges.

Verify you aren't behind any proxies or other items that can be blocking your connection. Typically most of these issues are related the permissions running the updater.

You can also try by opening a command window in the controlSUITE root folder and running: "updater.exe /checknow". This is essentially what the TI Resource Explorer is running.

Were you able to resolve this? Your previous post doesn't look to be running that "exe" through the command line as I described. If you are still having trouble, I suggest doing a fresh install using the zip installer.
