Hello,

My customer reported resets during a flash API Flash_Erase() under CCS debug run.

Do you agree it is possible ? And could we workaround this ?

I attach their test result summary.

The moment of the reset is not related to the program flow. Seems that CCS does something during Erase operation.

I'm wondering whether BOR reset is triggering a device reset. Have you already probed VDDIO and see whether VDDIO goes below BOR limits defined in datasheet?

WD shouldn't be source of reset as WD is disabled in Flash API routine.
