TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC83: G3-PLC communication node design

Hello,

We have requirement for G3-PLC communication in our design. We have designed a controller Board that has WiFi , sensors etc. but We need to interface the G3-PLC board to the controller board for mesh network connecting more number of nodes. Hope we can interface via UART, or SPI. Have refered to TIDM-SOMPLC-F28PLC83. can we use this reference design to interface with SPI or UART.
Do we require a G3-PLC data concentrator to connect to more number of nodes. we require your kind support to get architecture idea for the G3-PLC communication for our project.
Kindly share the email ID for clarification. We require technical support for both hardware as well as software. This is urgent requirement from the customer. kindly help..

    Queries below..

    The PLC Module in the document  (System on Module for G3 Power Line Communication

    (CENELEC Frequency Band)) has to be used with Docking station in fig8 correct? 

    1. One module can be used as a single node or it could be to connect more number of nodes? Basically we would like to connect the nodes with Mesh. Is a G3-PLC concentrator required for this architecture?
    2. We wanted to use this module to interface with our controller Board. The controller board has an SOC with WiFi and BLE built-in.
    3. The requirement, is we wanted to make a Product that would support Wireless and G3-PLC as an option. So that there is both wired and wireless communication present in the system.
    4. In order to interface the G3-PLC solution from TI as mentioned in the attached document the boards/ modules required is AFE Module+ Docking Station?
    5. The UART Signals are required to interface to our controller Board for communication. IS it correct. Do we require any additional signals to be interfaced to our controller Boards. Kindly reply . 
    6. Please let me know your contact number to discuss regarding this architecture.
    7. We wanted to order the EVM. pls let me know what all companion boards & SW required to test our controller Board with G3-PLC.

    Do we require a G3-PLC data concentrator to connect to more number of nodes? you can use the same design to connect upto 32 nodes. For anything more the data concentrator is needed .

    i dont see any attachment not figures ..

    Yes it needs the SOM module and the docking board .

    Yes correct . No the board would replace the existing host GUI .
