Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I have the TI C28_uart_monitor example project (unmodified) running on the F28069 iso controlCard.
Both the target program and GUI Composer seem to work ok with either the JTAG or the UART connection selected in Debug view
I have the exact same problem of David Atkinson59 in the forum:

when I open the Runtime “Uart_demo_app”, window appears with this image:
On the RX pin of the "ISO Control Card" do not see any signal.
I would like to know how you solved the problem.
