LAUNCHXL-F28377S: Silicon Errata ADC conversion

Hallo,
 
i bought the TMS320F28377S LaunchPad Development Kit. And i have some Problems with the ADC conversion. To be exact i have the TMX320F28377S TPZP so i have the Silicon Revision Code B.
 
In the silicon errata: SPRZ422D
chapter: Advisory   ADC: 12-Bit Switch Resistance
Revision B has an 2 kOhm Ron.
 
 
chapter: Advisory  ADC: Random Conversion Errors
Revision B is also affected to this error.
To solve this Problem i set the acqusition time to 320 ns and  the ADC to 40 MHz. The SYSCLK is running with 200 MHz. So instead of using the 75 ns from the Datasheet i have to spend much more time.
I have some questions:
Is there another revision available yet which does not have these Problems (TMS320F28377S), so the aquisition window is smaller?
How can i buy another revision (how can i be sure not to buy revision B again)?
 
Does the TMS320F28377D have the same Problems?
 
I am working at my master thesis and i have invested some time to get the C code run for the TMS320F28377S.
To i have to change my c code if i work on an other revision?
To i have to modify many things in the c code if i will work on the TMS320F28377D?
I want to digital control a LLC converter with the TMS320F28377S LaunchPad, so i have to be very fast and the ADC has to work reliable.
Any sugges

    Any LAUNCHXL-F28377S purchased today will have production silicon, meaning it will be TMS320F28377S revC. This revision is not affected by the Errata.

    TMS320F28377D revB will have the same problem. I don't believe that there is any stock of the LAUNCHXL-F28379D Launchpad with revB silicon. I will let you know when I have confirmed this.

    Any code written on F28377S-revB will work without modification on -revC. It will also work on the F28377D.

    I am notifying a colleague regarding the LLC converter suggestions. He will be better equipped than I to help you out.

    It's possible that the problem is related to this?

    I not sure which revision i have, but i have two F28377S Launchpad.

    Device 1: TMX320F28377SPZP YFB-46C96EW G4

    Device 2: TMX320F28377SPZPT YFB-52AS8NW G4

    In both devices the problem is the same.

    Which rivison?
