Starting Debug mode not always stops at ‘Main’

In CCSv4.1.3 project DC/DC LED Developer's Kit; Starting Debug (F2803x_RAM mode) don’t stops always at Main and disassembly code is not visible. Under ‘Tread [main] (Running)’ is written ‘0 <symbol is not available>  0x3ff8a1’, during startup there is, very short, a different text with ‘Main’. The F28035 program is running correct.

Stop Debug, switch OFF and ON power to the F28035 card, restart debug will lead to an error: C28xx: Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1041 Fatal Error during: OCS,  Device driver: Problem with the Emulation Controller. It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR.  This will disconnect each  target from the emulator.  The targets should then be power cycled or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

Click ‘Retry’ and debug works correct.
