C2000-GANG: C2000-GANG - Error in Self test: Image Flash Access

Part Number: C2000-GANG

Hardware rev:1.04    made in Canada, SN:1603-0032,   date    2016/10/03

Using a brand new C2000-GANG. Running Selftest, based on user guide, we would expect the Image Flash access line to be:

---- Image Flash Access (get ID) 0x02 ( 0x01 to 0x02) Result: 0x01 ... >> OK <<

However, I saw this error instead:

189: Image Flash Access (get ID)   0x0002   (0x0001  - 0x0002)  Result:  0x03     ... >> ERROR <<

At end of test log, there's this message:

* Test failed!! 1 error(s).

Is this normal for a brand new C2000-GANG?

    Make sure that you have the latest software. The hardware version is 1.04 (the latest hardware version), but the software used for testing was old, where the internal memory ID type was 1-2 only. The latest hardware uses newer memory with ID = 3. That memory ID=3 is accepted with the latest software only.

    I am getting two errors when I run the Self Test.

    In your reply above, you mention to use the latest software. What's the latest software revision?

    Will a newer software fix the Image Flash Access Error?

    What's causing the BSL RX bus (#1 HIGH)

    I figured out that leaving the 14-pin JTAG connector plugged into the Gang Splitter was generating the BSL RX bus (#1 HIGH) error. Removing the JTAG connector from the Gang Splitter fix that error.
    However, the self test still fails due to Image Flash Access (get ID) error.

    The latest software is 1.0.6.4. It will be released soon.

    could you tell me when the 1.0.6.4 software will be released ?

    we are forced to stop production,so Urgent.
