Could you please let me know whehter there is any license or patent necessary for InstaSPIN BLDC lib usage?
120-degree conduction trapezoidal control is used.

InstaSPIN-BLDC.lib is provided under the license accepted with controlSUITE installation. Customers are free to use it with any C2000 device.

Is there a possibility of BEMF Integration conflicting with other patents.

Does Texas Instruments have patents on BEMF integration?
My customers are concerned about patents as they are commercialized.
