Customer is doing a project similar to BuckBoost. In this project, they need the efficiency which is higher than 99%. PWM/controller frequency could be up to 250KHz. Other details are not informed, as secret necessary.
According to their internal discussion, F28034 (64pin) could be a choice, but with these doubts:
1) Current consumption, they'd like to keep within 60~70mA. Besides PWM and ADC (6 channel), only one UART will be used. Can F28034 meet? From datasheet, it seems a little hard. But we need an exact number, under 25C.
2) 250KHz, is it possible for BuckBoost?
Besides F28034, F28004x could be another choice, although late MP. They need MP in 3Q.
The same questions for F28004x, one is current consumption, and the other is 250KHz.
