I have a TI board name Piccolo USB with model MCU F28027. Recently the IDE report an error when try I start Flash Tool Feuture of the IDE.
Please if is any expert here to explain this stranger behavior. I try to uninstall and reinstal IDE CCS but ...nothing.

It looks like you need to install the latest patches to update your flash plug-in. Please see

For 2802x you need at least service release 12 plus a chip support package (CSP).
