Hello Ti,

Plans TI to release the C2000 with InstaSpin in small packages?
I plan to develop small motor controller for drone. No processor in BGA or QFN.
It's a pity.

027F in QFN or BGA, 069 in BGA

DRV8305 in QFN.

Andrew,
Currently the smallest package with InstaSPIN-FOC is the 48-pin LQFP for F28027F.
We plan to release InstaSPIN for the new TMS320F280049M series - and there will be a 56-pin QFN available - but the production of the 56-pin schedule is quite a long ways out, after we release 64 and 100-pin versions.

The RSH package (56-QFN) is described in the datasheet

The F28004x 56-QFN will not be in production within the year.
