TMS320F28027: TMS320F2802x ADCIN > ADC VREFHI

Part Number: TMS320F28027

Hello, customer uses a F28027 with VCC of VDD=3.3V and a external ref of 3.0V. What happens if ADCIN is in the range 3.0 to 3.3V?
- is this allowed or does this damage the MCU?
- is crosstalk expected?

The result register would simply saturate to 4095 above 3V. ADC pins are safe till 3.3V, so no chance of damaging the pin.
