But there are no CLKOUTP and CLKOUTM to communicate with ADC, for example ADS5560, how is DDR implemented in uPP? The both lines are not able to find out in Launchxl-F28377S.

Hi,

Those are differential signal from this ADC device which need to be connected to some other interface and not uPP, uPP is used for the control interface to read/write control information from/to the registers of external ADC but in this case look like it's done via serial interface (SCLK/SDATA/SEN/...) hence uPP (parallel interface) may not be best choice.
