My customer want to use F28377S PWM to generate 20MHz CLK for SDFM module and AMC1305/AD7403, but the 20MHZ PWM CLK duty only 40%, which cannot meet AD7403 clock requirement, so customer what to use HRPWM function to get 50% duty under 20MHZ PWM.
But I check the reference guide, in the table below show the max PWM frequency is limit to 5MHZ under 100MHz SYSCLKOUT. Meanwhile, when I run the hrpwm_duty_sfo_cpu01 example in 20MHz PWM, it also cannot work normal to get 50% duty.
So I want to confirm whether HRPWM have limit on PWM frequency.
