TMS320F28335: Change boot from SCI-A to SCI-B or new bootloader in F28335?

Hello,

I need to change port SCI for BOOT. I have on SCI-A external RAM memory and SCI-B is free for RS232. It is possible to change? Or I can create own bootloader with SCI-B. It is available firmware loaded in mcu?

I found that by silent change bootloader in OTP ROM. The only way is to use secondary bootloader. I try Example f28335 flash kernel, but can't find SerialLoader2000 utility. It is somewhere to download?
