Hello,

I need to generate 200KHz frequency in background task and output to MIBSPI5_SIMO[3] port pin.

Can you anyone help me how to generate the output with minimum processor loading, Processor : TMS320F28335

Johnson,

I don't quite understand what you are asking. First, we do not have a MIBSPI on F28335. Do you mean McBSP? Also, your pin name notation does not make sense for the F28335. Are you trying to generate a serial data output with a bitrate of 200Kbps?

Sorry, Processor is TMS570LS3137 and port pin is MIBSPI5_SIMO[3]

I want to configure the pin as 200KHz, 50% duty cycle pulse output, with out processor over loading (I mean if processor services the port every 2.5us (1/200KHz), then it can not perform other tasks) . Is there a way I can drive the port pin from internal clock division or any method?
