Hello,
I'm trying to run a 200V, 4 pole, 4.18mH, 1.125ohm, BLDC motor up to 0.9 horsepower which is about 670 watts. When I run lab 5a (for constant torque control), the setup trips at about 9.1 Iq_A. At 9.1 Iq_A, the kit is only pulling 2.4A @ 200V, 480 watts. The max voltage I have is 200Vdc, therefore I'm thinking of changing the gains on the 3 current shunts to allow for more current (e.g. maybe 15.0A) and maybe swapping the shunts for higher power ones. As a result, I'll also up the USER_ADC_FULL_SCALE_CURRENT_A (e.g. to 30A) and USER_IQ_FULL_SCALE_CURRENT_A (e.g. to 15.0A).
What I need to know is what else needs to be updated. I noticed in the schematic that there's a "current sum" with it's own gain setup. Did I need to change this too and if so, how?
