Sorry Akshay! We'd had to develop the same in-house. When I was in Toronto, we did consider an option to approach Codeskin but later decided to develop the same in-house.
In short, I don't think we've anyone in India to help us implement the same.

The link you sent suggests the loading an application to RAM, but I want to load an application to Flash memory.
Is any bootloader available to program the code to flash memory?

You can very well program the flash using SCI. Refer this doc:

In C2000Ware, we have a serial flash programmer which is a host PC program which works with the SCI Flash Kernels which are examples in C2000Ware.
