CCS: TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT version and CCS version to use

I've a TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT with yellow colored PCB.

1.Is it a TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT R1.1 or TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT R5? or other versions?

2. In ControlSUIT, there is Project-Examples in HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v1.7, HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.0 & HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1 for High_Voltage Motor Control. Which one should i refer to?

3. which CCS-Version is suitable for my kit? I can't debug the project in CCS4.1.3. As i use the ControlCARD(F28035), which is shipped with another KIT(DVR8312), i can debug some examples, but not all of them.

    1. Had a silk screen text on board, it's R1.1.
    2. You can use the latest one, V2.1.
    3. CC5.5 or later version is ok.

    1. Do you mean the test "[R1.1]" on the coener besides the AC Input? I've checked the layout to what is showed in v1.7, v2.0 &v2.1. It is the same as what's showed it V2.0 & V2.1.
    2. Can i so understand, that v2.1 is updated based on v2.0. So i can directly refer to v2.1?
    3. failed with CCS5.1.0, But successful with CCS5.1.1.

    One more question.
    What's the difference between different CCS version?
    I mean, I can use CCS 4 to debug for DRV8312KIT, but can't for TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT.

    1. For more detail, please refer to readme.txt and H/W guide in HVMotorKit direcroty, R1.1 for both V2.0 and V2.1.
    2. Right.
    3. Update to CCS5.5 or later.

    For CCS Versions difference, please refer to TI CCS website which has more detail information. You can use CCS5.5 or later for all controlSUITE projects, and you can download the latest CCS from TI website also.
