TMS320F28027: How to get the different value in those, such as the different batches of TMS320F28027 MCUs, in my program?

In my program, I want to know the MCU's  different value,such as Serial Number,or Lot Number or Batch Number,or even  any different in those CPU batches? I find those, such as the boot ROM Version Number,the release date of  the boot ROM,the checksum value of the boot ROM, but I do not know how long it will be changed ? Will those be changed within one or two years?
