CCS/TMS320F28377S: F28377s can't start by press reset button, But it can start by power on

Hi,

I met a strange problem. I made a program just make GPIO13 to high voltage. The GPIO13 can reach 3.3V and works well just first power on. Then press reset button, the F28377S can't start again. The GPIO13 is 0.38V. I appreciate if anyone can give me some suggestion. Thanks

Hi John,

I am assuming this your own custom board? Couple of things to check here -

Check the XRSn circuit on the board to make sure it's indeed toggling and have clear waveform.
Check the BOOTMODE pins value when XRSn is applied.
