Hi All,
I need to produce and analyze crash dumps on our F28377D design.
I read the Crash Dump Analysis page at
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Crash_Dump_Analysis
and I'm considering exporting crash dump data from our system for offline analysis using CCS and/or DSS.
But I ran into the following sentence under "Advanced Crash Dump Analysis in DSS":
"At this time, this function only works on C6000 and ARM targets. Only DWARF debug info is supported, not STABS. Accuracy is slightly better when TI compilers are used, but they are not required."
I understand that the Wiki article was written was CCS 5.1 was current, so my question is:
Are DSS and the CSS crash dump analysis tools available and fully supported nowadays for my DSP family using CCS 5.5, C/C++ 6.2.11 and later, etc.?
