No, that is not recommended. The EMIF is not able to remap the address lines from A[14:13] to A[18:17].

EMIF A[14:13] (muxed with RAS and CAS) should be routed to async SRAM A[15:14].

Instead, you could use some GPIO pins and control them via SW to expand the address lines.
