Hello all,
We are working on a BLDC project using TI instaspin FOC. we have a motor controller with a TMS320F28069 Piccolo chip.
Its interesting for us to be able to know if there is a hardware fault with the motor, prior to start up. sort of a check that occurs everytime at bootup.
What we would like to know if there is a short circuit between any 2 phases of the BLDC and how to detect that. are there any suggestions as a reliable way to implement it?
