You would like to configure the LMK4208 device, but since it uses 32 bit registers, you are asking how do you send 32 bits when the F28377S only has a 16 bit SPI TXBUF register?

I have two questions:
1.
SPISOMI: SPI slave-output/master-input pin
• SPISIMO: SPI slave-input/master-output pin to DATAuWire
• SPISTE: SPI slave transmit-enable pin to LEuWire
• SPICLK: SPI serial-clock pin to CLKuWire

Have you looked into the McBSP: "The McBSP peripheral supports word lengths of 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 32 bits."

For question 1, that should be correct!

For question 2,

if you configure the FIFO buffers on the SPI peripheral, you can write the first 2 bytes to TXBUF, and then immediately write the next two bytes. The SPI peripheral will hold CS low until all data is sent. This should allow you to get the 32 bit data sent across.
