Can you explain me main idea in simple words what does it mean.
Is it possible for me to produce commercial product based on Design Reference?
Can I issue patent based on design reference if I found some new ways of using of this design?
What are main restrictions which lay on me in connection of using of design reference, in other words what is forbidden for me?
Should I publish in manuals on my product , that we use desings or patents or licenses granted by TI?
We intend to produce some commercial product based on TI design and we do not want to violate any rigths.
