DRV8312-69M-KIT: The Fault LED is always ON

Part Number: DRV8312-69M-KIT

I purchased this kit some week back and we I configured this and bega to flash it I noticed that the fault LED is always ON. II integrate this kit with MATLAB Simulink to generate automatic code for FOC based Motor Control algorithm. But, I do not see any PWN signal getting generated using a DSO. I have suspision that the EVM board was faulty as the fault LED has alsways been lit up as long as I remeber. Is there mechanism to reset the board and fix this problem. Or shall I proceed with replacement of the EVM.
