For above picture, it's pwm output.
The biggest voltage across R45 is ~1V. So the biggest current is 1 V / 100 Ohm = 10 mA on GPIO.
In datasheet, there is one parameter output clamp current. What's the meaning of output clamp current? For above 10mA, is it OK? Thanks.

The Absolute Maximum Ratings table typically describes when the device may suffer permanent damage if the conditions are exceeded. For example, in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table, the conditions for the +/-20mA are when the voltages are less than 0V (VSS) or greater than VDDIO. The internal ESD protection diode will activate and begin to conduct current to VSS or VDDIO under these conditions. If you allow more than +/- 20mA to be conducted, the ESD diode may permanently degrade.
