Hi Champs,
I have refer to below forum.

And had try below method ,
1.delete the folder :C:\ti\controlSUITE\eclipse\workspace\.metadata
2.Opening controlSUITE in " run as adminstrator ", and click check for upate.
3. Run updater.exe from a windows command prompt,Command is: "updater.exe /checknow"
The error info as below:
Could you advise how to settle the update problem?
