CCS/TMS320F28027F: what's the time stamp on the Graph Tool

This is 75 samples. The graph doesn't know anything about the timing used to produce them.

When you setup the graph, you can define the sample rate and the units you want on the axis.

Thanks a  lot. If I set Sampling Rate Hz to 1, Time Display Unit to sec. 

Does that mean in the graph, now the time axis is between 0-160 sec ?

Yes, this means the x-axis is denoted in seconds. This will only accurately reflect the input data if the sample rate is set to the actual sample rate used to collect the data.
