TMS320F280049M: How to enable internal pull ups on reset?

Team,

I have noticed in the datasheet that the internal pull ups in the F28004x are now disabled on reset. Is there any way to enable them? Efuse, etc? Having this disabled causes unknown states and adds the need for external passives to ensure a known state, which is not ideal for cost.

Please advise.

    section 6.6 of the TRM explains what user can do. Also the during initialization customer can have the internal pull-up enabled in customer's code, using the GPxPUD register.

    On this device it is not possible to have the internal pull-ups enabled by default on reset. User has to do this in his code during initialization before using the IOs as needed.
